Weinsteins Divulge Distribution Dates

The release of Derailed, starring Jennifer Aniston and My Celebrity Boyfriend Clive Owen, will launch Bob n' Harvey's new distribution company on October 21. The brothers also announced a plethora of distribution dates today. Here are some highlights:

• Austrailian horror film Wolf Creek, and Pierce Brosnan-starring hitman comedy The Matador, bothacquired pre-Miramax-settlement at Sundance, will open on November 18.
• Felicity Huffman tranniecom Transamerica will open exclusively on December 2.
• Chen Kaige's epic The Promise opens on December 16.
• Mrs. Henderson Presents, directed by Stephen Fears and starring Judi Dench and Bob Hoskins, will open exclusively December 25.
• The Gathering, a thriller starring Christina Ricci, opens January 6. Project Greenlight, er, project Feast opens two weeks later on the 20th.
• The Weinsteins will release two sequels through Dimension: Scary Movie 4 comes out on April 14, and Sin City 2 comes out summer 2006.
