Simpson wants to do Shakespeare

Apparently confusing herself with Anna Paquin, Jessica Simpson feels the next logical step following her big screen debut in The Dukes of Hazzard is to do Shakespeare, "as soon as he gets off his butt and writes another play." Actually, Simpson, didn't say that, but she did say she would love to work at the Globe Theater in England. I'd like to see her in an all-girl version of Hamlet, myself.

Are you trying to say that Anna Paquin can act? I can't stand Jessica Simpson but I may choose to see her do Shakespeare than that awful Oscar-fluke gremlin.

Shucks, after reading the heading, I thought it was going to be O.J. Simpson in a production of "Othello". One day, that dream project will be realized for the silver screen...that or "Capricorn Two".

I know a lot about acting. What do you know? Sure a lot of my dislike for Paquin is due to her irritating voice, but also she has been playing the same bland character with understated conceit that is one step above a soap opera performance.
