Wanted: Man Hands

He's Johnny Depp, for heaven's sake. He was awarded numerous accolades and Best Actor nominations all over the world for his portrayal of Captain Jack in the first Pirates' installment. Who's going to be looking at his hands???? Besides,the way I see it, part of Captain Jack's charisma is that he can charm and con his way out of most situations----not physically work his way out of them. Savvy?

There is nothing wrong with Johnny Depps hands. He was born beautiful from head to toe.

I agree with Lainie. The first Pirates movie was a mega hit w/o having to get a hand double for Depp (apparently). Why should it be a huge problem with the second movie? Or the third? I noticed Depp's hands in the first movie and I remember deliberately thinking that his hands looked very much in character with the Jack Sparrow role. The story sounds bogus to me. Get on with making sequels 2 and 3 and be done with it. I can hardly wait to see them. With the high tech tricks available to make-up artists today, I wouldn't expect Johnny's hands, or anyone's hands for that matter, would be much of a problem. I'm looking at one of my Jack Sparrow posters. Johnny's hands look like pirate's hands to me.

Why would anyone want to mess with those beautiful hands? They are perfect and fit Captain Jack to a tee. His hands were as much a part of his personality as those expressive eyes of his. Don't ruin the movie and mess with Johnny's hands. They are a part of him that I always notice.

Johnny Depp's hands are beautiful, I find myself looking at his hands, pouty lips, and eyes, as well as his wonderful facial expressions. His smile is so beautiful, peaceful, and calming, and his sincerity and honesty I see in his movies is so breath taking, and heart warming. Everytime I see Johnny Depp in a movie or hear his name, I just melt. I go to bed praying that I will dream about him. He is so wonderful.There's something about Johnny. . I absolutely love him. He can do no wrong in my eyes. I bet his children are pretty as a picture and twice as sweet. I'm addicted to Johnny Depp. Go Johnny Go, Johnny Be Good !

God spent a little more time on Johnny Depp. It's wonderful to think how the right two people got together to make an attractive sweet person like Johnny Depp. I think Johnny Depp has all the right features, he's not too tall, not too short. His hands are beautiful, who wants great big old lumber jack hands any way? Johnny Depp is just Johnny. Who can ask for more than that?

Johnny Depp has beautiful hands, nothing wrong with them. I don't know why they need a "double" anyway. When I see Johnny I look at his hands, eyes, and his facial expressions. He has a way about him, he's suave and gentle. He has a great personality. He was voted number one on his willingness to sign autographs for his fans. This is a great way to see his beautiful hands in action.

I don't look what on the outside of Johnny Depp's body I look what on the inside. The loving, caring, kind person he is. Iam like that one person wrote about him when I see him on ET, movies, magazines I just melt. When someone talk bad about him my blood boil.

How dare they want to use any one else's hands but Johnny Depp's in POTC! That should not be allowed! Johnny Depp has charisma in every way that you can have it, inside and out, top to bottom. He can play any character, he can do anything! He is very talented. It takes a special person to play all the different roles that he's taken on, other actors play the same roles over and over again. Not Johnny Depp. He is special! There is no one like him. No one can hold a candle to him.

I offered my hands to the production but they didn't want them. The only stipulatation was that I keep them after the production. Never heard a word.
