Is Nicole Kidman part of a CIA plot?

This one has me a little confused. Robert Mugabe, the president of Zimbabwe, is attacking Sydney Pollack's recent thriller, The Interpreter, starring Nicole Kidman and Sean Penn. There's nothing confusing about that on the face of it – I mean, hey, I didn't like the movie either – but his reasoning is suspect. Mugabe insists that the film is a piece of propaganda produced by the CIA in order to demonstrate that "Zimbabwe's enemies did not rest." What does that mean? Mugabe is in the habit of blaming his countries downfall on "Euro-American imperialism". Let's just say, for argument, that the CIA really was dabbling in big-budget action thrillers: would Mugabe prefer to see films in which Zimbabwe's enemies *did* rest? CIA plot or not, the picture was cleared by Zimbabwe's censorship board months ago, has already completed a brief theatrical run, and is now available in that country on video.

Well
Usually you need to see beyond the surface of things, including movies..
It is a pity this African president does not see
how much the movies also refers to another big genocide, right at home, just outside the UN, outside of NY
And I love the way this movie proposes how to forgive
and then
live
right when the interpreter can kill her past and, with it, her future
she wakes up and
forgives
right near where all crumbled a few years ago
do you remember?
