About twice a year here at Cinematical, we like to take some time to talk about the important stuff – namely, us. We've had quite a few revolutions in staff since the last time we took you on a guided tour through the personnel file, so here goes. Meet 15 of the brains behind this operation - in ascending order of cranial mass** - after the jump.

**Actually, after listing the editors, I just threw them up in the order in which they were received. I don't actually think Kat Parr has a bigger brain than me, and I'm willing to submit to phrenological testing in order to prove it.

: TVSquad, Slashfood. Anything else is for Google to confirm and for me to deny.
When I'm not blogging I: Watch a lot of crap television and work on building my collection of vintage diet books. But last year I had this ingenious idea to write a chick-lit novel to pay off my student loans. I'm thinking about going back to that.
The last movie I watched was: Sunset Boulevard was on TCM last night – which meant that I got nothing done. Anytime it pops on the telly I can't really help but watch.
Three desert island movies: Barry Lyndon, the 1954 version of A Star is Born, and Ghostbusters.
Guilty pleasures: Jiffy Pop, Pretty Woman and $4 sparkling Rose - preferably consumed all at once.
The two people I'd be willing to do unspeakable things in order to have dinner with: Anthony Lane and Peter Bogdanovich (although probably not at the same time).

When I'm not blogging I: When I'm not blogging for Cinematical or on my own blog, I stay busy homeschooling my four younger kids, ages 8, 6, 4 and 2, leading my daughter's Brownie troop, and designing costumes and makeup and acting with a local youth theater, which my husband and my 8-year-old are also active in.
The last movie I watched was: El Crimen Perfecto
Three desert island movies: Pulp Fiction, ET, and Rebel Without a Cause
Guilty pleasures: Adult Swim, most especially Family Guy, Full Metal Alchemist and Inuyasha. But never, ever, Super Milk Chan, which sucks so bad even the cat won't watch it.
People I would pay to stop making movies: Nora Ephron and - please, for the love of all things cinematical, someone stop him from making any more movies! - Robert Rodriguez.

#1 move I'd make if I ran Hollywood: Stop greenlighting movies that suck, followed by creating continuity between superhero/comic book adaptations so that things like Michael Clarke Duncan playing Kingpin in Daredevil and someone else playing him in another film. Heck, at least make the character *look* similar.
