I know this sounds like either a really bad joke or Justin Timberlake's badass fantasy, but in reality it's something else entirely: meet Johnny Rotten's "I swear I was sexy" casting idea. In an interview with Q magazine, Rotten (aka John Lydon) disclosed that not only is he working on a movie based on his autobiography (Maybe you've heard of it, it's called Rotten: No Irish, No Blacks, No Dogs.), but also that he's "in talks" with Justin Timberlake to star.

Of course, this should be taken with a grain of salt since Lydon called the boy "Jason" Timberlake in the interview, but he seemed at least sort of serious about it. Also mentioned as possible stars were Robert Carlyle (way more realistic, at least as far as looks go, and just a wee bit better in the acting department as well) and Johnny Depp, who is a friend of Lydon's. Interesting stuff for sure, but, yeah - probably best to store this in the Believe It When I See It/Was He Sober file for the moment.
