Orlando Bloom sued by former managers

A suit was filed against Orlando Bloom in the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday by his former management company. The Firm claims that Bloom entered into a verbal contract with them in 2002 and ended the partnership July of this year. The company is asking for $660,000 in unpaid commission fees stemming from his roles in Kingdom of Heaven, Elizabethtown, and the two Pirates of the Caribbean sequels. I'm guessing the key phrase here is "verbal contract" which may make it difficult for The Firm to get back the money it believes it lost. I should know, because I have no law background whatsoever.
