Jerry Bruckheimer on everything
We know you love Jerry
Bruckheimer - don't even try to deny it. Granted, the man's ubiquity can get a little annoying. And, sure, he's
been involved with a lot of crap. But come on, people: Days of
Thunder? Top Gun? The Amazing Race? Pirates of the Caribbean? Face it – he's a frighteningly big
part of American culture. And he's also very, very busy. So, when Coming Soon sat down for a chat with the man himself,
the got a mess of updates on a variety of projects. To sum up:- There's only about a week left in shooting Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest; it will wrap this month and be edited in March.
- Pirates of the Caribbean 3 will get underway at the end of summer.
- National Treasure 2 is coming (yippee), complete with an "excited" Nicolas Cage.
- As we've told you, Deja Vu will start shooting in February in New Orleans.
- Despite The Island, Michael Bay is "a great guy and he's a visionary." Yikes.
- If Sony was interested, Bruckheimer would make Bad Boys 3 (again with the yikes) "in a second."

I really enjoy the TV shows that are created by Jerry Bruckheimer, however, I would like the directors / producers to consider an important point for the viewers. The music is so loud that very frequently, it is virtually impossible to hear the dialogue.
I understand that with the making of these shows, one can become very familiar with the script but, please remember, we are hearing it for the very first time.
Please take this under serious consideration, since I have heard the same complaint from a goodly number of my friends.
Thank you for your time.

jerry...u undeniably giv d audience wat they want...but i wz reli disappointed when i learnt dat u were casting jake gyllenhal as the prince Dastaan!!! it wz shocking...even orlando bloom was a macabre choice...i am the biggest fan of prince of persia games and i play them over and over again whenevr i find tym...i think u shud reconsider it and cast Shane West as the prince as he looks like he was born to play that role...i wish i could send u dat picture i have where he looks exactly like the prince...n he also acts very well and is very young....please i literally beg of you!!! i do not want my favourite video game made into a movie with a disasterous cast...please giv the audience what they deserve

Mr. Bruckheimer, I am a personal fan. I enjoy all of your productions, especially Law & Order and Cold Case. I have read that you are from Detroit, MI, I have lived in Detroit for many years. I have written a suspense novel that I would like for you to read called Rain Rain Go Away. I hope that this manuscript will peak your interest. If you would like a copy of the manuscript, I will be happy to send it to you?
