Sundance: Paris Hilton had a party, and we weren't invited

Regarding the commercialization of Sundance: It wasn't like you couldn't see it coming. How sad is this? I look forward to seeing where the next grassroots, no pun intended, of independent film making shows up next. I have faith in the next couple of generations to come up with something.

Seems like a giant case of jealousy. She is what she is, not a student, beautiful body with lots of dough and a pretty face. Doesn't try to be an intellectual, why is anyone bothered by what she is doing? It's a waste of time. Get on with your lives.

Sundance is a convention for uneducated jackasses. Totally commercial pretending to be about the "art" yeah the art of the deal . It has nothing to do with film these guys are a bunch of salesman with big mouths that don't know how to read. They sell tee shirts and films and sex. I have no idea what your facination with paris hilton is, I find her a shallow spoiled rich girl with absolutely no talent, only talent this young girl has is her family's money. Everytime you see her she strikes the same boring pose, like her back is curved or something yet she thinks she's HOT and by giving her all this attention yer confirming her own opionion of herself.
Her 15 min. of fame is way over, let it go, only people facinated with her are those whose mentality and intelligence is serious lacking as is hers. Only thing Paris proves is that if yer rich enough who needs education or responsibility, a true role model for our kids huh.

I couldn't care less nor can anyone else I know care what she does or doesn't do, the media is making this person a star show us some talent show us something other then a spoiled rich kid with more money and time on her hands then intelligence. ENOUGH ALREADY

I agree with some of your readers about Paris, as
well as many others. These people are rich and greedy,
they are badly behaved and many of them are drug
addicts. If you news people are to be believed, (and
after watching a biography) Paris along with a very
large percentage of the stars are drug addicts. What
is wrong with our people that this is who we (some of us) worship at though they heroes! And they just can't get enough money, attention or adoration!

I wouldn't want to be her. I have two great children, a great husband and alot of good friends that I don't have to pay or invite to expensive parties just to keep. I thought Paris was very pretty before, but lately she is very full of herself and that makes her ugly. It is funny to watch her when she gets out of the car and walks around waving and striking poses for the camera's we laugh at her now. How does that big head of hers even fit through a door. It does make me sick that she spends more money in one day than your average person pays out in mortgage payments all year. If I had her money I would do alot more for other people than she does. I saw a show on t.v. that her sister spent $30,000.00 in crystals on a cake on New Years Eve this year. I could have paid my mortgage off with that money and had more quality time with my family instead of working late everynight. You know money isn't everything, because their parents had money and they still probably didn't spend quality time as a family. If they did their daughter wouldn't have made that sex video. So no, I for one would never want to be Paris Hilton. I'd like to have some of her money so I could show my kids the world, but I wouldn't want to be her.

I totally agree with EVERYONE who said that Paris Hilton is spoiled and void of any talent. She is empty and useless. Her only value comes in the fact that God created her and HE loves her.

Why does the meda give this girl so much attention, what has she done anyway, other then pose for the cameras and somehow always manage to show up at every meda covered event.
I think we can all agree, enough already!
