Comic-Con: Sean Young Tells Us She Wants Back On Hollywood's A-List
Filed under: Comedy, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Warner Brothers, Comic/Superhero/Geek, ComicCon
I was able to catch up with Sean Young during the special Blade Runner: The Final Cut DVD event where she says the rumors about her and Harrison Ford not getting along on set are false, talks about some upcoming projects, and wants to get back on the A-list.
She also wants to return to comedies like Ace Ventura, and wouldn't mind meeting guys like Will Ferrell. Will, are you watching? Maybe she needs to star in a Quentin Tarantino comeback vehicle as a leather-clad vixen who offs loud cell-phone talkers or something. I'm just saying.
Anyhow, check out the video above, and let us know what you think would be Sean's best shot at climbing back up the alphabet onto the fabled A-list.

I doubt Sean Young will break the stereotype, so unless she has a time machine and can pull her 28 year old self from the past, she's not getting back on the "A-List"... that's just the way it goes.

Has she been acquiring some acting skills while she has been off?

"Back" on the A-list? Was she ever on it to begin with?

Forgive me for asking but isn't she like... really old now???
Sorry Sean, I loved you in your heyday but I think the days (hours?) of you being in the spotlight have kind of gone by the wayside at this point.
On another note - sweet poster for the new Blade Runner DVD in the background! This one just might be the one that pushes me over to the dark side of buying an HD-DVD player...

She's 47, Michael. I don't consider that really old. Oh wait, there's a different criteria for old when it's a man vs a woman. A man is still young at 67 but a woman is ancient once she hits the big 4-0. Gee, I can't imagine why women have it a lot tougher in the movie biz.... *sigh*
Good luck to ya, Sean, I always thought you got a bad rap just cos you're honest and outspoken.
