Us Weekly reports Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale will indeed reprise their ultra-popular roles for the upcoming High School Musical 3. Not only that, but their "sources" say Hudgens will receive a "substantial increase" in pay. See kids, that's what you get for going nekked on the internet. Earlier this year, Hudgens was head-deep in a scandal which involved nude photographs of the actress that were spread online; photographs she apparently took in private for her boyfriend and High School Musical co-star Zac Efron. At first it wasn't clean whether the family-friendly Disney would allow Hudgens to return to the series, but then they came out and stood by her -- saying something like "we hope she's learned a valuable lesson."
Not long ago, a rumor claiming Hudgens was dumped by Disney spread like wildfire across these very same internets; a rumor that was very quickly shot down. Now, if Us Weekly is to be believed, the actress will not only be back for part three, but she'll be back with a heavier wallet. Kudos to the folks who negotiated her contract -- I imagine they used Jedi mind tricks on the Disney heads: "You will ask Vanessa to return. And you will pay her more money. And you will take those nude pics of her off your computer." Disney would not confirm the casting reports, only that everyone (including Hudgens) was still in negotiations. Chances are Efron will also reprise his role, though his publicist said a deal is not yet signed. So what do you think about this whole thing? Should Vanessa have opted out of High School Musical and looked for some more adult-themed roles? Or if she smart for remaining on this money train a little while longer?

Given her considerable lack of acting and singing talent, I think it would be very wise of her to stick with High School Musical. Although, I guess she doesn't need talent for adult film.

I have a serious question, and I don't mean this to be rude, but I wonder this 3 or 4 times a week when you guys cover High School Musical related news - does anybody give a shit? Why is this even worth typing about? Do adults watch the Disney channel? Do kids read Cinematical? Why do we even know these movies exist or this girl's name or that she was naked? Aren't there things to cover that are relevant to our lives? I don't see you covering who's writing the new Barbie Fairytopia video or what's going on behind the scenes on the set of that show that's like Teletubbies but even weirder with the flying furry psychedelic creatures, I don't know what the hell it's called.
Or do alot of readers here watch Disney Channel and Nickelodeon and Television For Babies and what not? I am confused.

I want Zac and Vanessa back in Hsm3 it wont be the same with out them and I wont watch it with out them it wont be the same with out them on there they are wonderful people and it is mean if they wont be back on there dont forget how they will feel when they cant be back on a show they love the show is about Zac and Vanessa and noone in the world will be better then them they are wonderful together and cute think about the fans when u will have noone watching it because they anit on there ok.
