Monday Morning Poll: Your Favorite Superbowl Trailer?

For those who don't know, I've lived in New York my entire life and have grown up in a family full of die hard Giants fans. So I think it's fair to say we all partied like it was 1990 last night. While I don't have a voice this morning, and didn't pay much attention to the commercials (too tough when your team is playing), I did catch most of the trailers. And, unlike previous years, there were quite a few previews to devour. From what I could tell, we saw commercials for Iron Man, Wall-E, Wanted, Prince Caspian and Leatherheads (though I'm probably missing one or two smaller films as well).
Personally, I liked Wall-E and Iron Man the most, though part of me also enjoyed the Wanted trailer. That film looks flashy, and it's full of sexy Angelina Jolie poses, but it definitely has the eye candy factor -- and when we're talking big summer popcorn fluff, aren't we always looking for that eye candy factor? Unfortunately, we didn't get a trailer for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which I'm sure is the one trailer everyone wanted to see the most. Word is that will be coming real soon, but it would've been a treat to be surprised with an Indy teaser at some point during the game. In your opinion, did they leave any trailers out? And out of the ones they did show, which was your favorite -- and/or which films shows the most promise?

I totally agree about the "INDY" trailer. There should have been one although the studio heads know there is no need to spend the advertising bucks on an "INDY" flick. Word of mouth is suffecient enough to get the chatter going about Jones and his escapades....

59% for Ironman. I thought this trailer sucked. The trailer 1 that has been out for months is SUPER.

The most exciting trailer by miles was WANTED. Never have I been excited by a trailer in years!

Wall-E was definitely my favorite. I love anything Pixar comes out with.
Iron Man looks really cool, the only thing I didn't like was that the final scene of him dodging the shell from the Abrams Tank, and then destroying it, looked very bad visual wise. Almost like a very early rendering, hopefully it was.

The Iron Man trailer didn't show anything really new, just a few more snippets of action from the film. Wall-E caught my attention, but it just seemed too cutesy for my tastes. Still waiting for Pixar to venture into the PG-13 realm, at least. The Wanted trailer didn't seem to offer anything new that I hadn't seen from the theatrical trailer, except for the ludicrous part where the bullet curved about Angelina's head. ...OK. Looks like I'll have to prepare for another trip down the Matrix rabbit hole for that film. Leatherheads didn't look that interesting, and neither did Prince Caspian (although I will admit that I haven't seen the first Narnia movie yet. Not even the Lazy Sunday song got me interested enough in that one).
I was hoping for an Indy trailer, and the first signs of what to expect from the Hulk movie. I'm also curious of how the Batman marketing will change in the wake of Ledger's passing.

Leatherheads looked great... until Renee Zellweger showed up. Won't be paying to see that one...
Wanted looked terrible. I thought that Samuel L. Jackson movie with the guy teleporting had one of the most ridiculous premises for a movie looking to be taken seriously, then I saw the Wanted trailer. Wow. It's like the Matrix, only it doesn't take place in a computer simulation where the physics can be bent. Terrible. Who are the ad geniuses that came up with this one? And, based on the comment he made on tvsquad, why did they pay jake to post here?
I'm going with Wall-E, which should smooth over some of the doubts people have had about Pixar going with a robot instead of something more anthropomorphised. They won't repeat the sins of Cars.
