First Image of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine?!

What appears to be the first image of Hugh Jackman in full Wolverine gear has arrived online (click on the photo for a larger version), courtesy of reelcollectibles (as pointed out to us by the Unofficial Wolverine Chronicles). The photo shows Jackman dressed in that familiar black outfit with those long ass side-burns. He's standing next to two people who I do not know, though I believe they're fans. At first glance, I thought this was a stunt double because he doesn't look much like Jackman, but after doing a bit more digging and comparing other photos to this one, I'm pretty positive it's him.
And is it me, or does he look a bit younger here? X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which is currently shooting in New Zealand (I believe) apparently tells the origins of the Wolverine character. They're keeping casting for this one under lock and key at the moment, but we do know that Liev Schreiber is involved, most likely playing Victor Creed, aka Sabertooth, and that Aussie actor Christian Clark joined the cast in an unspecified role not long ago. X-Men Origins: Wolverine is due out in theaters on May 1, 2009.

That picture of Hugh was taken on Sunday, Feb. 3. There is another picture of him taking a "Shotover jet" ride here:

This may be a picture after he finished his ride since it looks like the same scenery and his hair may be wet. Also, if you look at the ride picture, the guy in the back on the left I believe is Liev Schreiber.

The enlarged photo shows him wearing jeans - perhaps he just borrowed the jacket since Feb. 3 was a Sunday and this is probably on downtime.

It looks real but he doesn't have his wolverine hair, just the sideburns which leads me to believe they're not shooting (becaue the burns will be, but the hair ain't styled).
It's definitely looks like him tool. Just skinnier around the face because of his insane work out plan and maybe even a bit of good old fashioned aging. Besides, just like RA said, there are the owners with other celebs on their website. I don't know why anyone (the author included) thinks it doesn't look like him.

I don't know anything about photography, but all of their faces look washed out. That might be hiding his wrinkles a bit.
