New Movie, Same Jacket -- New 'Wolverine' Still

This comes by way of IGN, who has a big version for you to put on your desktop. Sure, it lacks the unclothed, berserker fury of the first two stills -- but I like it. Mainly because of the claw marks in the background. He's been here before, and he knows it wasn't for a lunch date. I wish they had really studied their collected issues, and included his retro car he found there, but couldn't remember owning. (Anyone remember what kind of car? I'm a girl, I don't know about makes and models, I just know it was old.)
Otherwise -- it seems a bit recycled from X2. . .and the cynic in me says he's wearing the jacket because it was before Jackman had rebuilt his biceps for the role. I'm hoping we will get one of Logan, Silver Fox, and their love-nest in the Canadian Rockies before summer. X-Men Origins: Wolverine is due out in theaters on May 1, 2009.

I dig it, but I'm still anxiously awaiting the inevitable Jackman vs Schreiber slugfest publicity still. I can't imagine the studio not producing at least one of those.

Wolverine: loner, berseker, a mutant with the ability to heal from any wound, heightened animal like senses and 6 foot long bone claws that have been coated in the indestructable metal adamantium... oh yeah, and his scalp produces a mutant pomade that always keeps his hair nicely coifed.

It's hard enought to maintain clothing in good condition, even when you're not fighting clawed mutants every other day. How the hell is it tha same jacket?
