Last night in Gotham, er, New York City, all the talk revolved around The Dark Knight premiere happening up near Lincoln Center on 68th street and Broadway. The stars were out, the crowds were insane and I watched most of it from my comfortable couch in Queens. For those who weren't able to attend, we've got a pretty kick ass gallery for you to check out below. In it, there's also some photos from the after party (like the one above), where they had the Batman costume and these masks on display -- and the bar featured Joker writing, while the Bat sign hung down from above. Very cool stuff ... and definitely the sort of party I would've loved to attend if, ya know, I was a lot cooler and stuff. Scope out the photos below. Anyone attend the premiere? How was it?

I was at the premiere though i was in the crowd and no where near the stars. It was amazing. They gave out free screening tickets to the crowd. Let me tell you, The Dark Knight is nothing short of amazing, not only in the genre of comic book movies, but film in general

I was at the premiere and the after party. The movie was stunning and Ledger gave a amazing performance.
Mandarin Oriental and WB put a lot of effort in the after party. Nice to see and meet the stars there. Too bad most of the female stars (Gyllenhaal, Watts,...) left early...
