Can I ask, is it true that Weblogs, Inc. is screwing over its various blogs by forcing them to adhere to a post limit per day or per month? I ask this because both TV Squad ( http://www.tvsquad.com/2008/09/28/whats-on-tonight-simpsons-dexter-cold-case-mad-men/ ) and Cinematical gave up posting entirely today.
Second question. Will Cinematical give its readers advance notice when it shuts down so that we can find a suitable replacement? AOL has a fine history of shutting down it's own websites and services without fair warning (Example A: http://www.diylife.com/2008/07/31/crochet-a-wedding-cake/ ... see if you can find more!).
Someone on TV Squad said that they hoped that times were changing for quality over quantity. If so, I hope that is the case. But if not, it's like the next reply to him said, "Sadly TVSquad has neither".
Settle up with your readers and tell us the truth. We have a right to know what goes on there.

MCW,
I'm not part of TV Squad so I can't speak for them, but we're all good here and not going anywhere anytime soon.

Good to know. Of course as soon as I posted this, TV Squad miraculously recovered and started posting again. It took 20+ people asking what the deal is for them to get back to work.
It is frustrating though that Cinematical post rates vary so much by the day of the week. It should be a little more consistent, and absolutely more quality over quantity-centric. I simply can't keep up.
That's just me though...
