Even after debuting Religulous, his new docu-comedy about faith in the modern world directed by Larry Charles (Borat), Bill Maher still has plenty of questions of his own: "I was saying to Larry in the car on the way over here: I suddenly realized that I don't know the relationship between the Devil and the Antichrist. Do you? I mean, we both know those terms, but they're not the same guy, I don't think. I'm not sure if the Devil works for the Antichrist? Or the Antichrist for the Devil? Or is it like the Joker and the Riddler -- neither of them work for each other, but they gang up on Batman ...?" Maher spoke with Cinematical in Toronto about the difference between 'changing your mind' and 'flip-flopping,' what wound up on the cutting-room floor, getting in harm's way for the sake of a great scene, why it's doubtful he'll follow Religulous with another feature film and much more.

This was a course in Comparative Religion in less than two hours. It should be taught in schools.

I hope that this comment somehow makes it to Bill Maher. I am not at all Religious. God never intended for man to be religious. In fact I hate the word. It is a man made word. There is a big difference between Religion & a personal Relationship
with God. You cant get to know God without reading His word. The problem with the movie is that nobody was giving Bill Maher the right answers. Nobody was quoating him scripture to back up what they said. The people in the film were not qualified to answer his questions. All the answers are in God's Word which is The Bible. Our country was founded on The Bible. If people would just stick to God's word they would'nt get confused and make up all these weird religions. Religion messes people up. You cant get messed up on God's Word because it is the Truth and The Truth sets us free. When I say God I am talking about The One True God, Our God Jehovah, creator of heaven & earth. I would like to also add that His Son Jesus did not die to give us a religion but to give us life. The Bible is so easy to understand that people complicate it. John 10:10 says... He came that we may have and enjoy our lives in abundance to the full until it overflows.Thats the God I serve one who loves me so much that I feel that love all the time. It is peace & rest, hope and joy. People picture God as some Big mean man sitting up there ready to punish you if you do something wrong. God is not like that. He is Love and the only real freedom is in Him.

In the documentry why wasn't the POPE JOAN, first female Pope story covered by Bill. Is this one reason he was kicked out of the VaticAN? Was he aware of this era of Papacy?
Had our laughs on the movie but we really didn't think it would be as comical as much as showing the world the truth or does Maher agree that Pope Joan was a myth or fictional. Bill, did you ever sit on the "Proof Seat" in the Vatican Museum while you were there? I think a sequel is in order!
