Countdown: Four Fantastic Movie-Related Simpsons Images
Filed under: Animation, Fandom, Images

Need something to stare at for the next few minutes? Come waste time with us, and space out on the following fantastic movie-related Simpsons images:
1. Though I still haven't watched it yet [pokes brain with crayon], the season premiere of The Simpsons included a very awesome opening sequence where Boba Fett freezes the entire Simpson family in carbonite (check out image above). And for those who, like me, need to catch up on the lives of our friends from Springfield, you can scope out the entire season premiere over on Hulu.com. [via Star Wars blog]

2. From the episode Husbands and Knives, the hilarious image above comes from the scene in which Milhouse asks Alan Moore to sign a copy of the DVD Watchmen Babies in V for Vacation. And then Moore smiled, signed a dozen copies and called it his most favorite movie in the entire world. Or not. (Am I nuts for wanting to watch at least one episode of a Watchmen Babies cartoon?)
I believe these last two images were created by fans ...

3. In the image above, watch as Homer and Bart play around in the world of The Matrix.

4. And finally we have a very cool fan-created image featuring Marge as The Bride in Kill Bill. If only our favorite TV mom would be able to play with this much blood on a more regular basis.

HA -- it took two hours for someone to notice they were numbered wrong, and for that someone to point it out to this moron. Thanks. I don't think it's super weak -- I think all four images are pretty cool. What would you have preferred?

I was expecting images from the series, like the first two. And I agree that number 4 is cool, number 3 is a bit ehhh. I guess it just wasn't what I was expecting.
And I wouldn't say you were a moron from a simple numbering mistake, but the misnumbering added to the confusion I had wit the article.

That is super weak. I expected actual movie parts from the show not fanart. They could've come up with a lot more if they really looked.
