What's That Movie? Shrinking Kids and Panty Adventures?
Have you ever watched a movie about a kid who shrinks himself and then finds himself inside the underwear of a cute teen girl? This may seem like a random question, but it is a serious one. See, years ago I was up late watching television, and I spotted this weird, low-budget movie. I tuned in just as this kid shrunk himself (or got shrunk?), got on a bicycle seat, and made his way into a girl's underwear. Now usually this isn't the sort of film that I'd be dying to see years later, but the execution was classic -- a kid climbing up a white sheet with big barbs hanging out of it. While he did that, the girl found all sorts of pleasure in class ... you get the drift. The scene, in all of its low-cost glory, has stuck with me all these years, and I can't expunge it!
I'm quite sure that it's something from Rhonda Shear and USA's Up All Night, which seems to inspire many viewers to try and figure out which cult movie they saw. So I figure, who better to ask this pressing question, than Cinematical readers? If you can help me, I'll love you forever, but I figure this can also help out any of you in the same boat. Got a film you're dying to put a name to? Ask away below!
Update: Thanks to the wonderful reader known as Goldstein, my movie has been found! It is Getting Lucky (1990).

Wow. I also caught that exact scene late at night once. For all I know it could have been the same showing you watched. But I have no idea what it is, either.

No problem, happy to help!
Perhaps someone can help me with my mystery movie:
I saw it a long time ago on Cartoon Network, i think it was the first time they ever had a "Movie Night" every Sunday night, it was this weird cartoon movie that involved a cartoon world, and you could leave the cartoon world through a clock in a clock store, I believe there was also these bad (or maybe good) creatures that were like little purple gumdrops with eyes.
i know thats not much to go on but if it rings any bells, please let me know.
Oh and a different week Cartoon Network showed The Hobbit as the movie, if that helps at all

OMG! I think that's the movie, Oz!
you rock!
Apparently there's an uncensored, more adult version of this movie that was shown on HBO, but someone else on IMDB said they saw the edited version once on Cartoon Network...
The unedited version is on youtube though, so now i can finally rewatch this movie! Thanks so MUCH!

I laughed my ass of when I saw that scene, it was so ODD. I actually called around to local Blockbusters to see if they had the movie. Asking for "Gettin' Lucky" over the phone to Blockbuster employees is harder than it sounds.

I saw the same scene on USA UP ALL NIGHT, never knew the name of the film, and had forgotten it.
Believe it or not, GETTING LUCKY was just released on DVD in January by Troma. I read a review of it and instantly remembered the scene.
I should be posting a review of the DVD myself soon (it is in my finished file, just waiting for a slow day). It isn't a good film, but if you remember it, it might be worth looking at again.

I can't see how that would be remotely funny to anyone over 12.
