Robert Pattinson Wins Award for Most Embarassing On Set Injury?

Oh, the woes of superstars. All that waxing. All those manicures and pedicures. All those strained arses.
In the world of Twilight, Robert Pattinson plays the sullen Edward Cullen, recoiling from the tantalizing smells of Bella and his blood lust. But of course, he can't ignore his passion and is soon hoisting Bella up and zooming all over the place with her. While it looks like a simple, easy breezy task, IMDb/WENN reports (via Britain's Cosmopolitan mag) that during the first day of shooting, Pattinson was giving his all so much that he pulled his butt muscle.
On the first day of shooting, he had to hoist Kristen Stewart up and ended up damaging ligaments in his rear, needing to to get a rub-down before he could continue working: "I got injured on the first shot of my first day on Twilight. I lifted Kristen and ripped my a**e cheek. I had to get a bum massage for the cheek." Stewart is but a wee thing, so methinks Pattinson didn't stretch first -- but what a lucky masseuse!
It's not a bad injury, as far as embarrassing moments go. However, it's not quite getting stitches from a flying suspender, so I'll give it an 8.5 and an ice pack.

even do you been injured in first day of shooting, you are still lucky mr. robert pattinson...it pays you back time for being rich and famous. how do you feel now without pain in your bum? sori...for saying this...dont think im nuts!
you feel pain and hurt but you still recieved the best gift ever once in your lifetime, not like us a regular people who had pain inside and still waiting for a great gift from above

...Poor Rob. That would hurt... I would know. My cousin did the same thing trying to prove he could lift up the grand piano... o_O

and i dont think that it is the stunt people in the pic because i dont think anyone is as tiny as kristen and has her hair styled the same way if its just a pic and also the guy has the SAME DYED COLOR of hair that rob has!!!
