'New Moon' Trailer Online Now!

How quickly time flies! Just a year ago, the Twilight train was on its way to ComicCon, and just reaching the ears of the mainstream. Now, you'd have to live under a rock to not know who Bella Swan or Edward Cullen are ... and we've got the trailer for the rushed-into-production sequel, New Moon. This premiered during the MTV Movie Awards and is officially hosted over at My Space Trailer Park. But seeing as that one isn't working too well thanks to the insane amount of traffic it's getting, we're bringing you the embed courtesy of Trailer Addict. Rather fittingly, the last shot of the trailer is the newly beefy Taylor Lautner, who nearly lost his part due to lacking muscles. Looks like he rectified that.

I don't like what they have done to Jasper's hair. And Edward sounds different, not like in Twilight. Maybe because he is human and not a vampire? No, I don't think that is it.

I like this but, i dont like it whne they change the book, like at the end Jacob just goes into wolf mode in front of bella. I suppose they have to change it a bit but, i still like it and cant wait! I may be sad but i know it.

The trailer has different scened all jumbled together. The scene where Jacob changes in front of Bella is when he is about to fight Paul. If you notice close, she has different clothes on when she is with Laurent.

Thanks i didnt see that, it makes alot more sense now, and not every one will like a)the movie and b) the trailer. People have different tastes and want different things, i think this is a clever way of intresting people who may not be.... intigued by the romantic side of it.

I liked it a lot! I think everyone looks a little different and of course the movies never stick to the books. Overall, I think that this director is going to pull through better than the last; I can't wait!

Believe me, I am as rabid as the next Twilight fan, and I really appreciate the release of the trailer which was like a two minute sip of cool water to those of us dying of Twilight Saga thirst, however... I was hoping, so, so hoping that the wolves would look like real wolves instead of the werewolves of the 1950's B movies. Jacob is in fact not a werewolf, but a shape shifter which comes straight from Native traditions. He should look like a wolf. Period. Hopefully the director will take another look at the CG one we saw in the trailer tonight and use the technology available with the real wolves that were used in Twilight as models to come up with a better representation because it certainly should be available. The fans, the actors, and especially Stephenie Meyer all deserve better.

The fact that he is a shape shifter comes out in book 4. This is book 2. Also, the wolves are supposed to be as big as horses. The use of cgi is necessary. You are correct in the fact that the clothes are different, however, the scenes of the trailer are not in sequence. ALOT happens in between the scenes that we've just watched. This is just a glimpse of what is to come in Nov.

Every time I see this I get goosebumps...and a teary eyed....majorly obsessed. This trailer would be even better if they showed a little bit of cliff diving.Gosh,Sara. Way 2 be negative. A true twilight fan would appreciate the fact that they showed us the wolf. They didnt have 2..and now ur complaning.

I'm confused about a previous comment regarding the wolf in the trailer. That is how the wolves look....like big giant wolves the size of horses. It didn't look like the typical werewolf at all, so they stayed true to the book in that respect. Did you see the same trailer as us? lol

This is truly pathetic... It looks like this guys are trying hard to be the worst actors ever, technically and artistically speaking i think everybody should accept these films are crap... The acting is SO fake, so posed, so unidimensional... I think the only reason someone would like the Twilight saga is because they think Robert Pattinson is hot and they fantasize about this whole vampire-bloodsucking-sex thing... these movies are ridiculous... I'm just being honest.

I sure as hell hope they don't change alot of the stuff form the book into the movie. If there was one thing I liked about 'Twilight' it was the fact that (despite the mediocre acting) the story itself was translated onto screen very well. I mean, you could watch the movie and have the book open in your lap and things just happened in the right order. Like stated, Jacob doesn't morph in front of Bella in protection of Laurent, but rather in protection of Paul, a larger werewolf.
