WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO WRITE ABOUT MOVIES?

I realized I wasn't really talented enough to be in them, so I decided to do the next best thing and write about them.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE GENRE?

Tough call! I honestly want to say "historic epic" but I'm not sure that's really a genre. So it is probably sci-fi/fantasy or action-adventure.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE MOVIES? 

Lord of the Rings, Braveheart, Doctor Zhivago, Indiana Jones, The Fountain, L.A. Confidential, 300, Sweeney Todd, Phantom of the Opera, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World

WHO ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE DIRECTORS? 

Steven Spielberg, Darren Aronofsky, David Lean, Peter Weir, Christopher Nolan, Tim Burton

WHAT'S THE CRAZIEST COMMENT YOU'VE EVER GOTTEN? 

Probably the one telling me I should get work as a janitor because they didn't like a Justice League story.  Or the love letters to Emma Watson. I'm not sure why they thought she would see them there.

WHAT ARE THE BEST PERKS OF THIS GIG?

The cool people I've met so far. I'm still hoping for some swag or for Gerard Butler to become my biggest fan.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT WRITING FOR CINEMATICAL? 

Whenever the readers go absolutely crazy agreeing with something I've written, and my e-mail box is flooded with sunshine and rainbows of agreement. And any time I get to post some totally cool geeky news. That's always a rush.
