Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that moves itself to Thursday when the next day happens to be a holiday! Last week we finished our back-to-back Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen caption contests asking you to give us your best piece of funny for a photo of Megan Fox from the box office blockbuster. Our three winners all took home a copy of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen video game, with each winner representing a different gaming system. Congrats to you all!

This week we're finally exiting the world of giant robots and taking a closer look at a film that's so buzzed-about it might just enter the Oscar equation as a wild card real soon. I'm talking about Kathryn Bigelow's The Hurt Locker, which some are calling one of the best films of the year and the decade (I'm serious -- folks are loving this flick!). And we have something real cool for you Bigelow fans this week; one grand prize winner will take home one Kathryn Bigelow DVD prize pack containing one Point Break DVD, one Near Dark DVD, one Strange Days DVD and one K-19 DVD. Um, sweet! You know what to do next ....

Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that might seem like it's repeating itself from last week when in fact it's returning for a second helping of robotic awesomeness. Last week we asked you to chime in with a caption for a photo of Shia Labeouf from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Well, over 100 of you tossed some funny our way, and while we'd love to reward everyone, fact of the matter is only three get to play in the winner's circle.

1. "Megan is where? Optimus Prime did what?" -- Jacob S.

2. "What do you mean my car insurance doesn't cover damage by decepticon?" -- Mallory L.

3. "Bumblebee, I thought I told you not to call me at this number!" -- Jeremy C.

When it comes to this summer's biggest sequel, we figured it's only right to double the pleasure (and the prizes), so we're returning once again this week to caption-ize Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen ... though this time we're targeting the film's other (more beautiful) co-star, Megan Fox. Now about those prizes -- this week we're giving away three copies of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen video game; one for each system: Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3 and XBox360. Here's where you should pay attention: When leaving your comment, please specify which game you want under your caption (Wii, XBox or PS3), because our three winning captions will each represent a different gaming system. Got it? Good. Now sound off below ...

This week we're bringing out the big, giant transforming guns for the mega-sequel we've all been waiting for: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. And since we completely understand the need to watch a big film like Revenge of the Fallen on an even bigger screen, we've come equipped with a couple pretty cool prizes. The folks behind our three favorite captions this week will each skate away with two IMAX movie passes for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and one signed Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen poster. Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that won't propose marriage, but will instead wine and dine with movie swag until your stomachs are full of awesome. Last week we asked you to toss a caption our way for a photo from the new Eddie Murphy film, Imagine That. And imagine our surprise when you all came up with some pretty funny stuff. Congrats to our three winners, featured below.

This week we're in search of rom-com wedding bells as Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds prepare to debut The Proposal. In the film, Bullock plays a high-powered exec who, when faced with deportation back to Canada, announces that she's suddenly become engaged to her assistant (Reynolds), and both create this fake relationship in order to keep her in the country. But will their fake love turn into something a little more ... real? Hmmm ... The three folks behind our favorite captions this week will walk down the aisle with one The Proposal mug, one set of The Proposal post-its, and one pair of ear buds. Sound off below ...

This week we're skippin' on over to the new Eddie Murphy comedy Imagine That, which stars Murphy as a down-on-his-luck financial executive who suddenly finds success through his young daughter's imaginary world of friends. (Meanwhile, all my imaginary friends do is hog the remote and drink all my beer. Yeah, thanks imagination!) The folks behind our three favorite captions this week will each walk away with one Imagine That poster. Now go forth and imagine up some funny captions for the photo below ...

Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that'll totally give you a good buzz minus the annoying hangover. Last week we asked you to spit up some captions for a photo from the new Pixar movie, Up -- and not only did you come through with some fantastic (and hilarious) captions, but you made our narrowing down of the winners list a very hard chore. But we had to make the tough decisions, and so congrats to those of you who found the strength, courage and determination to make it into the much sought-after winner's circle, where the balloons are colorful and the ice cream is on the house.

1. "Look at the bright side -- how often do you get the opportunity to pee on three states ... at the same time??" -- Andrew T.

2. "And that was the day Carl decided to quit drinking." -- Kurt P.

3. "I think I just earned my 'Crapped My Pants' badge." -- Michael S.

This week we're moving away from the family-friendly stuff, and getting our buzz on with a film that's poised to become the breakout comedy of the summer. Though The Hangover -- which follows three groomsmen searching for their friend, the groom, after a hardcore bachelor party in Vegas -- isn't due in theaters until June 5, that doesn't mean we can't start partying now. That said, the folks behind our three favorite captions this week will stumble away with one The Hangover ladies' Forever Wedding Chapel tank top, one The Hangover Next Level men's Forever Wedding Chapel T-shirt, one The Hangover hat with bottle opener, one photo mug, one door hanger and one The Hangover CD soundtrack that includes hilarious performances from Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis, plus "Candy Shop" by Dan Finnerty and The Dan Band. You know what comes next ...

Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that magically (and mysteriously) floats up after drinking a glass of Willy Wonka's new soda. Last week a whole mess of you dropped by to chip in a caption for a photo from Terminator Salvation, but only three of you qualified to join the resistance. Congrats to those folks; the rest of you ... well, take notes.

1. "It's no use...Skynet's designed a Slinky that cannot be straightened out." -- Jonathan M.

2. "Are you incapable of holding this thing down? That's it, we're through. I like you, but we are done. We are done professionally!" -- David R.

This week we're leaving post-apocalyptic America for a little tale about an old man and a young boy who go on a balloon trip ... to the jungle ... inside of a house. Yup, the brilliant minds at Pixar are back for their yearly trip to the movies, and this time they're bringing another laugh-out-loud, family-friendly tear-jerker that's bound to offer plenty more reasons why Pixar is just totally tops. Up hits theaters on May 29, which means you still have a whole week of waiting ahead. In the meantime, give us your best captions below and the folks behind our three favorite will each take home one Up T-shirt and one Up Dug the talking dog stuffed animal. Sound off below ...

Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that probably won't return from the future with orders to terminate you or us ... we hope. Last week we put our hands together and prayed for some excellent captions from you folks for a photo from the new movie Angels & Demons, which is a follow-up to The Da Vinci Code and in theaters this weekend. Congrats to our three winners for not pissing off the girl upstairs ...

1. "What do you know? I had heard that Christianity was built on top of Judaism, but I always assumed that was a metaphor."-- Kurt P.

This week we're traveling to the year 2018 for a sequel that's been years in the making: Terminator Salvation (in theaters May 21). You should already be sold on Christian Bale fighting robots in the future, but if that doesn't do the trick, then, well, I heard Arnold Schwarzenegger returns to make a cameo ... and, heck, Moon Bloodgood co-stars. Moon Bloodgood! I love that name! The three members of the resistance behind our favorite captions this week will sail away with one Terminator Salvation head key chain, one "Join the Resistance" men's t-shirt, one "Join the Resistance" women's tank top, one Terminator Salvation vintage hat with silver stitch, one stainless steel water bottle, and one 3GB USB dog tag. Ooohh, these prizes are pretty shiny and fantastic -- especially that last one. Maybe I'll leave a comment and hope that my future self picks it as the winner! Or maybe I'll just tell you to sound off below ...

Welcome to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that's both an angel and a demon in disguise. Last week we set our phasers to Rock Band for a caption contest involving that tiny film opening in theaters this week called Star Trek. Maybe you heard of it, maybe you didn't -- but regardless the movie has caused quite the stir around these parts. Our three winners last week all walked away with Rock Band for either Xbox or Wii, and I sure hope one of them invites me over for a peanut butter and jam session. Congrats to you three!

1. "What are you saying, J.J? I don't understand why the Enterprise needs to crash on an island. It doesn't make a lick of sense." -- Sam F.

2. "There was an awkward moment after Spock decided it would be a good idea to show how similar his wiener is to his ears." -- Thomas M.

3. ""So Darth Vader is Luke's father? Wow! Did any of you see that coming?" -- James H.

This week we're continuing our Summer of Awesomeness with a look at The Da Vinci Code follow-up, Angels and Demons, starring Tom Hanks and directed by Ron Howard. Here, Hanks reprises his role as the famous code-cracker Dr. Robert Langdon, and finds himself once again stuck in the middle of some bizarre Vatican-related conspiracy. The holy rollers behind our three favorite captions will each walk away with one Angels and Demons soundtrack, one Angels and Demons poster and one Angels and Demons t-shirt, courtesy of the Angels and Demons Soundtrack. Welcome back to another edition of Insert Caption -- the game that attempts to go where no man no one has gone before. Last week we asked you to cough up some worthy captions for a photo from the new film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, which stars Matthew McConaughey as a dude who's haunted by the ghosts of his ex-girlfriends. Seems three of you rose to the top of our list, so congrats go out to those lucky ones who managed to climb their way into the winners circle.

2. "Lives were ruined and dreams were shattered when Jennifer misunderstood her husband's request to play "patty-cake"." -- Kevin F.

The 2009 summer movie season has officially begun, and to celebrate we're bringing in some live music with one catch: You have to perform ... along with some friends, of course. At this time next week Star Trek will return to theaters in exciting form, thanks to a fresh take from J.J. Abrams and his gang of merry rebels. Having already seen it, I have no problem calling it this summer's Iron Man -- a fantastic piece of spirited entertainment that sizzles and stampedes across your blockbuster-lovin' brain. And so to welcome Star Trek back into our lives (and hearts), we're bringing out the big guns: One lucky grand prize winner will beam up one Star Trek poster and one Rock Band xBox bundle containing the game, guitar, drum kit, and bass guitar, while two runner-ups will each receive one Star Trek poster and one Rock Band Wii bundle containing the game, guitar, drum kit, and bass guitar. You know what to do ...
