You think I have a good job? Ha! The guys over at MrSkin.com spend all year sifting through cinematic nakedness, and then (just to show us how awesome they are) they pare the pulchritude down to only the nicest nudity of the year! Now, don't get your panties in a bunch, people. I've always believed that Mr. Skin approaches cinematic nudity with the proper tone: Playful, respectful, and (yes) rather horny in a schoolboy way. And don't even pretend that you're above movie nudity. We all love it. It's normal to love it, y'know.

Anyway, you can explore the full list of winners in a second, but for now let's just focus on some selected skin from the 10th Annual Anatomy Awards!

Best Oscar-Nominated Skin: Marisa Tomei for The Wrestler. (Polite leering aside, I think Ms. Tomei might be bringing home her second Oscar for this outstanding performance.)
Best Butt: Anna Faris for The House Bunny, which I have in my DVD player, but I haven't watched yet. Maybe now I will.
Breast Picture: The little-seen but amusing Sex and Death 101. Sophie Monk is in it!!
Best Horror Movie Hooters: Laura Ramsey for The Ruins and Jess Weixler for Teeth. Do they get two awards each?
Best DVD Reissue: Caligula Blu-Ray Imperial Edition. For those who don't mind suffering for their skin.
Best DVD Bonus Scene: Erica Durance in House of the Dead. (Better be one hell of a nude scene for me to buy this DVD!)
Life "Skinchievement" Award: The brave, British, and frequently unclothed Kate Winslet!

The end of the year means you'll have no shortage of movie lists to pick through ... but here's one that's just too bouncy to ignore. My old pals at MrSkin.com have (of course) come up with their list of the finest in cinematical skinematical for the year 2008. Now, before you get all huffy and stressed, it should be noted that MrSkin has always taken a rather jovial approach to movie-time nakedness. (Jovial as opposed to sleazy, is what I'm saying.) Plus, c'mon, we all love a good nude scene. Admit it. Love it enough to give MrSkin a whole lot of longtime fans. (Heck, they even played a prominent role in Knocked Up!)

But if you're scared of seeing copious cleavage or perhaps a stray butt-dimple, here's a text-based sampling of what you'll be missing: The stunning Sophie Monk in the amusing Sex & Death 101; the spunky Amy Smart re-defining "jaw-dropping" in Mirrors; plus just a few sexy peeks at Penelope Cruz, Mena Suvari, Amy Adams, and Angelina Jolie. P.S. This is a list of female nakedness. For the other side of the equation, I challenge the women writers (and readers) of Cinematical to kick-start that roster.

It's not just because I've done some work for MrSkin.com that I'm a huge fan of the site. I give the Skinbosses credit for making nudity light and fun, especially in an internet world where sexuality is usually as harsh and nasty as you could possibly imagine. But Mr. Skin still recalls a time when 14-year-old boys would go absolutely ballistic (and justifiably so) when a bare of bare boobies would bounce across the movie screen. (We didn't rent Halloween just for the scares, you know...) Plus the website does really fun stuff like The Year's Top Ten Nude Scenes, and who wouldn't enjoy talking about THAT for 25 minutes or so??

So who made the list? Well, I don't want to spoil anything, but this just in: Salma Hayek has one seriously amazing body, and apparently she wasn't too shy about showing it off in Robert Towne's Ask the Dust -- and that's why she earned 2006's #1 spot! Other bare-chested award-winners include Gretchen Mol, Kyra Sedgwick, Jennifer Aniston and one of those amazingly evil hotties from Hostel. Those flicks deserve their very own category!

So aside from the ten already spotlighted, what stands as your most memorable piece of cinema skin from 2006? (I can only assume the Skinjedi have yet to see Kate Winslet shine in Little Children.) And yes, that includes half-naked men, I suppose. Wouldn't want to alienate the ladies!
